One side was lucky and was correct by accident.

The other side was completely wrong. The same side as the original messed up pad. Hmmm?

That'd be the problem. I didn't realize the pistons didn't rotate while braking.

I'll have to fix them tonight.

Damn so is that what it is? Lining up the cross to the mark?? Man, last time with my Integra, the rear kept wearing out unevenly and I thought my pads were just cheap (autozone) or my rear caliber was sticking or something...but since Autozone has a lifetime warranty on the pads, I change them religiously at 3 months or so..hehe..
Heck, at the time I even have the Helm manual for my 95 GSR..just never bother to read it..hehe.

Well, the reason i "axe" is because on the rear there is that "+" that you hafta turn with a bigh flat screw driver in order to line up the dots on the pad to the "+" on the rear caliper piston.

Hey Max, can you go over again what needed to line up? The each line of the "+" must line up to each dot on the rear caliper?? I sold my Helm manual when I crashed my Integra already... but I guess the TL procedure would the the same.

There should be one stud on the back of the pad. It's centered top to bottom, but much closer to the outside of the rotor's circle. You can see it through the view holes in the caliper just by taking the wheel off.

This one stud needs to fall into a groove on the piston. Basically, if you turn the piston so the X is aligned with one line horizontal and one vertical (with the caliper in it's normal position), it will fit right.

Correction: There are 2 or 3 studs on the stock pads that have to line up.

The EBC's only have one stud.
